Nick's Old Phone is Nick's crappy old phone that he barely uses anymore because it's an old piece of junk. It first exhibited human characteristics in "Cellsea", though it did appear in previous episodes, as the phone Nick was using. When it exhibits human characteristics it is shown to appear like an old man.
