Joe is a major character from Human Resources. He is a hormone monster who works for Human Resources and is best friends with Gil.
Biography[]
In "Birth", Joe and Gil got stuck in a broken down elevator together and thanks to Todd refusing to help and fix it because of their rudeness, they found their own way out and broke through the back door, leading them to The Department of Magical Thinking. They went down to the Bizarre Bazaar, where Joe met the Queen of Cups, who have him a psychic reading and predicted that he'd die on July 9th. After Gil and Joe returned home, Joe was certain that he'd die on that day decided to keep it a secret from his wife, Nancy, wanting her to be surprised.
