General Malice is a character in Human Resources and the main antagonist of Season 2. She is a hateworm so advanced in hatred, that she has evolved into a very rare hate lizard. She is the head of the Hate Division. She is voiced by Isabella Rossellini.
Biography[]
General Malice first appeared in "Rochelle, Rochelle", where she paid a little visit to the normal department and recruited Rochelle Hillhurst into her office, to recruit her into transferring to the hate division. General Malice told Rochelle that she used to be a typical lovebug until she had her heart broken, which turned her into the hateful creature she is today. Rochelle reminded Malice of herself back then and said that her failed relationship with Dante is similar to the situation she was in. General Malice proposed to Rochelle, a full-time job in the hate department. This was a big dilemma for Rochelle to think about. After an entire episode of waffling, Rochelle ultimately chose to work in the Hate Division with General Malice. As a hateworm, Rochelle went bowling in the streets, knocking over a bunch of cars and killing people.
In "Tony: The Life of an Office Cold", Rochelle was now working in her own cubicle down in General Malice's hate department. General Malice heard that one of her employees had sneezed, thanks to the virus going around and called this to the attention of Anthony Pinata, who came up and squeezed him to death.
In "Yipee Ki-Hate, Motherfucker", General Malice got the idea from Rochelle that she and her other hate creatures should be running all of Human Resources instead of just sitting around complacently in their sectioned off division. General Malice had the idea to invade the upper classmen's Anal Day party with a terrorist attack, Die-Hard style. General Malice had all of the other creatures held hostage, so that she could enact her plan for world domination. Her goal was to deprive the people of the human world of all love, logic, hope, and gratitude and replace everything with pure hate. General Malice then dragged Hope into the room so that Rochelle could shoot her but Rochelle turned on General Malice and shot at her back and escaped. General Maliced realized that she now had a treacherous enemy, who she needed to kill. Back at the hostage situation, General Malice caught Maury, Connie, Montel, and Lionel, trying to escape. She punished them by having Montel do a Sophie's Choice, where he had to choose which of his friends he wanted to kill, (or else, they'd all die). When General Malice heard that Rochelle and Hope were now plotting against her, she told Rochelle over the walky-talky that she would kill Pete Doheny unless he turned himself in on the roof. On the roof, General Malice was about to kill Pete when Rochelle came out to fight her. However, Malice made Rochelle drop her weapons, rendering her defenseless. Little did she know, Rochelle had one of Hope's titty bombs strapped to her back, which she threw at Malice, blowing her up and sending her off the building, where she ultimately plummeted to her death.

General Malice is a slim and slender green lizard with sharp teeth and claws. She has piercing orange eyes and vibrant red lips that could stop traffic. She wears a horrible war general suit.
Personality[]
General Malice is a horrible, hectic, heinous, and hateful heretic from hell. As a self-described psychopath, General Malice is a complete wild card, who nobody would be wise to trust, as she has the tendency to betray even her closest of allies at the drop of a hat. She has dedicated her entire life to exhibiting the deepest of hatred, which she considers to be the most powerful force in the universe and the greatest thing ever created. Her outlook on the world has made her so delusional that she desires to take over the entire world and engulf all of humanity in pure and utter hatred.
