Overview
Even for a cartoon character, going through puberty isn't easy for a young person. Andrew is learning that first hand as he experiences the nightmare that is growing up in this animated series geared toward adults. Along for the ride are friends Nick and Jessi, who develop a budding romance along the way. The comedy veterans who lend their voices to "Big Mouth" include John Mulaney, Nick Kroll, Maya Rudolph, and Jordan Peele.

Characters
Andrew Glouberman - Andrew is just your average horny, early blooming boy. To push him through the ordeal that's called puberty, a Hormone Monster pops up every once in a while
Nick Birch - Nick "Nicky" Birch is a twelve-year-old boy who is Andrew's best friend. As it so happens, Nick has yet to start puberty and is very eager for that to happen.
Jessi Glaser - Jessi Glaser is a young teenager who is starting to go through Change. As gruesome as puberty may be, she has the Hormone Monstress to cheer her on and give her advice.
Missy - Missy is a thirteen-year-old girl who should not be fed sugar. Even though she is a brainiac and one to easily get a sugar high, her friends still love her.
Maurice the Hormone Monster - Maurice "Maury" The Hormone Monster is a monster that helps adolescent males through puberty. He has a stomach of steel and his favorite hobbies are getting teenage boys to masturbate, having sexual intercourse with a wall, and much more!
Connie the Hormone Monstress - Connie is the Female ♀ hormone monster who advises girls through puberty. She shows teens that it's not so bad being a girl. If she smells good, it's just because she doesn't wear deodorant and takes nothing but bubble baths.
