Aiden is a student at Our Lady in the Water who became Matthew MacDell's first boyfriend and he first appeared in "My Furry Valentine". He is voiced by Zachary Quinto.
Biography[]
Aiden first appeared in "My Furry Valentine", when he and Matthew happened to meet at a Walgreens pharmacy. Maury's "gay-dar" went off the charts, indicating that Aiden is gay. Matthew and Aiden hit it off and Maury's "gay-dar" was soon proven accurate.
Appearance[]
Aiden wears a white and red t-shirt, dark green pants and bracelets on his wrists and arms. He also has dark brown hair with a curly lock over his forehead, brown eyes and a tan complexion.
Personality[]
Aiden is a seemingly perfect smart altar boy with a romantic face and clear experience in relationships. He doesn’t have much personality leading up to Season 5.

Love Interests[]
Matthew MacDell - Aiden and Matthew grew close over the course of Season 3. They first met each other in the episode My Furry Valentine, when Matthew was looking through the greeting card aisle in Walgreens. When they both saw each other, they immediately fell in love.
In the episode Cellsea, Aiden went to Seven Dollar Donuts and put the fact that he was there up on his Instagram in hopes that Matthew would see it (which he did) and offered to hang out on purpose (because they were always acting very awkward around each other when they interacted) when he was talking to Matthew at that shop.
In Obsessed, their relationship evolved and became less awkward, and they even went to the park (Where they originally were going to have their first kiss in the slide but Matthew was too overwhelmed and left). In the same episode, Matthew invited Aiden over to his house to "study" and while in Matthew's room, they had their first kiss and they started dating.
In Season 5, Matthew and Aiden finally break up after Matthew falls for Jay Bilzerian. Matthew attempts to manipulate Aiden into breaking up with him, to which Aiden caught onto quickly. He called Matthew a “fucking coward” and stormed off, officially ending their relationship.
